Oat Meal Balls
These delicious oat meal balls are sooo goood.
You need (and its best with organic ingredients):
- 175 grams of oatmeal
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 4½ tablespoons cocoa
- 100 grams of soft butter
- A pinch of cinnamon - for Christmas
To decorate: Coconut flour, sugar or icing sugar.
This is what you do:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the soft butter.
- Mix until everything sticks well together.
- Roll into small balls and then roll them in coconut flour, sugar or whatever decoration you decide.
- You can even put a cherry on top.
- Place in the fridge under a cover for at least 2 hours.
Tips: You can replace half of the butter with peanut butter or some sticky marmalade.
The Oat Meal balls will probably disappear very fast but you can keep them up till 4 days in the fridge.
